Finally, our heroes have reached their goal: the Court of the Tyrant, sequestered high atop the fortress of Tour Toriel.  But what these hardy adventurers find there is nothing like what they were expecting, and if they are to fix what is broken—and if they don't want to be thrown off the top of the fortress—they will have to learn the ways of the court... and quick.

The Court of the Tyrant at Tour Toriel features a tangled web of loyalty, ambition, and hedonism ready to unravel or explode at the slightest provocation, presented in 50 pages.  This adventure introduces values, relationships, questioning trait statements, growth, and reveals lists.  It can be played in one epic session (3-4 hours) or easily divided into two or three shorter sessions.  

This campaign is a standalone Cortex game.  All the rules you need to play are included in this and the previous adventures (Dungeon, Battlements, and Keep).

Includes rules for character creation using six archetypes: the Bard, the Cleric, the Fighter, the Ranger, the Rogue, and the Wizard.

The Court of the Tyrant at Tour Toriel and the rest of the Ascent to Prime campaign is rated PG and E 10+ for fantasy violence.
